• As a Regional Infrastructure Engineer, you will work with architects and technical specialists to translate technical requirements and statistical performance data into solutions that support and improve the operation of the technical infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Support and maintain the computing and networking environment
• Implement and execute infrastructure monitoring
• Ensure full compliance with cyber security configurations and standards
• Provide 247 robust, secure, and cost-efficient infrastructure services
• Keep up to date with new technologies and how this enables new industrial technologies
• consult on Terminal computation, network setup & configuration, and technical impact of new technology implementations.
• Resolve incidents within agreed SLAs

Who are we Looking for

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in industry-standard computation and network technologies.
• Solid experience in designing and implementing secure compute and network solutions
• 3 – 7 years of work experience in an IT space

Job Description

• Building and maintaining relationships with customers through timely support to the after-sales, Projects, and Sales Teams
• Researching and creating new Power solutions for potential clients according to project requirements and specifications
• Using extensive technical knowledge of power systems to design power solutions for customers
• Occasional site visits, meeting with customers and training on JBE products and Solutions.
• Good understanding of Generators, Transformers, Medium Voltage switchgear, Renewable energy, Low Voltage Panel design (synchronization, ATS, MCC, Power Factor Correction, DB, etc.), Energy audit, and Energy efficiency.
• Attend to inquiries from Sales, Protects, and After sales team
• Review tender documents (specifications, BOQ, drawings) and prepare commercial offer including all deliverables (design drawings, technical specifications, etc.) as specified in the tender document and provide recommendations where needed
• Review and interpret site inspection reports, energy audits, and load profiles and propose cost-effective Solutions to meet the customer’s needs.

Salary Range
N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
