1. Job Title: Sales & Business Development Engineer

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary

• We require a young self-motivated, dynamic, resourceful person to fill an open position in our company as a Sales and Business Development Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
• Providing pre-sales & after-sales technical assistance, and product education to clients on Instrumentation/Quality Control /Electrical apparatus Testing & Measurement/Analytical/Process Monitoring/Industrial Automation products and equipment;
• Generating Sales Inquiries and responding to Request For Quotes and inquiries from Clients.
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
• Starting up, maintaining, calibrating, testing and troubleshooting a wide variety of Instruments, process monitoring & Controlling Instruments, and industrial instruments.
• liaising with clients, suppliers, Principals and relevant authorities
• Providing content management for the company’s websites and e-commerce sites;
• Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
• Preparing a variety of status reports, including activity, closing, follow-up, and adherence to goals.

Qualifications

Objective

• Provide adequate first-level support to users of computers, peripherals, ATMs, networks, and office automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily service desk operations such as logging and capturing of user’s requests and providing first-level incident and problem-solving support
• Escalate issues for resolution at appropriate levels
• Ensure IT service desk policies and procedures are enforced and adhered to
• Assist with the management of the Incident/problem database
• Continuously monitor and report service levels to ensure responsiveness of IT to business
• Monitor and track incidents reported to the service desk to the point of resolution
• Provide first-level technical support for users across applications and systems; understand user problems/questions, identify root causes, providing solutions where appropriate, refer unresolved items to appropriate second-level support team

Requirements
