The FCT School of Nursing, Gwagwalada (FCTSN) Admission Form 2023/2024 released online | (FCTSN) School of Nursing Admission form has been released for 2023/2024 Application, Requirements & Guidelines.
The Admission Management of the FCT School of Nursing, Gwagwalada has released the Admission Form for 2023/2024 Academic year online. Applicants must obtain at least a D (4) in six subjects. In addition, they must have passes in 3 subjects, one of the passes should be Grade D or better at the ´A´ Levels.
The basic general nursing training is a general nursing course open to young males and females of not less than 17years of age, at the time of admission.
FCT School of Nursing Admission ENtry Requirements.
Eligible candidates should possess WAEC, GCE or NECO with at least FIVE CREDIT passes including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two sittings. The result(s) presented should not be more than 10 years since the examination was written. NABTEB certificate is not acceptable. Candidate must be up to 17 years of age.
Pregnant women are not eligible for admission.

Candidates wishing to obtain the forms should show evidence of payment of Not refundable fee of 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only.
Forms can be obtain at Room 080, FCT HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES SECRETARIAT, NURSING DEPARTMENT, AREA 11, GARKI-ABUJA.
Candidates wishing to obtain the forms should show evidence of payment of Non-refundable fee of N5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira) only into:
