Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Purpose of the Job

  • To produce certified soya lecithin through automated system.

The Job

  • Monitor and operate the equipment used for soya lecithin production.
  • Ensure the loading of materials for production and adequately receive crude soya gum from the degumming section into the system.
  • Identify and assist in the routine maintenance of plant equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements in the assigned work process.
  • Report problems regarding the FSMS to the food safety Team/Leader or any other person specified via appropriate identification within the factory.
  • Ensure all operating parameters are recorded and optimized for consistent quality of refined oil.
  • Prepare and submit reports on lecithin production.
  • Adhere to proper hygiene standards, and keep the environment clean and tidy.

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates should possess a NABTEB / Trade Test Certificate

Job Description

  • To support the growth of the business by identifying and engaging potential customers and managing existing relationships to promote adoption and sale of Purepay products and services.

Business Development:

  • Provides excellent and customer-focused sales and account management activities for designated customers and products:
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with key customers utilizing products
  • Proactively liaises with customers for feedback on services rendered and ensure that issues are promptly escalated and/or addressed
  • Communicates customer requirements to the Operations and Project team and work with them to ensure that products are delivered to customer requirements and in line with agreed terms
  • Ensure MOUs, NDAs, SLAs, OLAs are created by the Contract management team for onward transmission to Legal team for the purpose of closing a sale or developing new business
  • Reviews legal documentation with prospective partners or customers for the purpose of closing a sale or developing new business

Account Management:

  • Receives feedback from customers for improvement of products and services
